A critical component of a well run organization is a strong and engaged Board. We help you understand the interests and talents of each board member. Then we match those skill sets with the various volunteer roles required for effective fund development. Lastly, we educate, train, and coach each board member in his or her respective role. This process enables your board members to gain an in-depth understanding about how a project, when executed correctly, can mobilize an entire community around a common goal. 

 

Training

As effective fund development is lead by volunteers and driven by staff, it becomes critical that all individuals involved have common understanding. We will effectively communicate high-level principles for success and customize coaching for individuals or small groups. As your partner we want your board and volunteers to be fully equipped to not only tell your story but also believe it.
